Payment

All invoices are issued in Euros.

25% of the total amount of the booking must be received by Green Travel with confirmation to the client.

Valid proof of payment must be sent to Green Travel within 3 days of receiving the confirmation.

This Deposit is non refundable and if not received in due time Green Travel has the right to cancel the requested services.

If the Booking is made less than 4 weeks of departure the full payment is required with confirmation.

All outstanding amounts must be paid 30 days before departure.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card.

For bank transfers, account details shall be sent to the client by e-mail.

All transfer costs must be covered by the costumer and not by Green Travel.

Credit cards

Visa and Master Card accepted.

Changes and cancellations

For any changes in a confirmed reservation there will be a charge of € 15.00.

If the total balance of the holiday cost is not settled at the indicated date, the Company reserves the right, after due notice, to cancel the booking.

In this event, or if the customer cancels after receiving a final confirmation, the deposit of 15% will be kept as fee.

If a client has to cancel for any valid reason, Green Travel shall not be responsible for any refunds. However, the company will make every effort to obtain refunds from its suppliers.

A full refund will be made if you find a substitute guest for your reservation who is willing to accept your obligations at the time we are notified of your cancellation.

If the person with whom you are booked to share accommodation cancels, you will be required to pay increased charges for the room.

Documentation

It is the personal responsibility of all travellers to have in their possession the correct documentation required for their journey.

Baggage

Golf clubs may be carried by an airline subject to the airlines terms, conditions and tariff.

It is your responsibility to check with the airline in advance and make such arrangements as may be necessary before going to the airport.

Travellers are urged to insure their baggage before leaving home.

Prices

Green Travel reserves the right to change our Website prices without prior notice.

Once your deposit has been sent, there will be no change in prices.

If we’re buying products and/or services using a different currency from Euro and there is a case of exchange rate variation implying higher that 2% variation of the initial price, Green Travel will be free to adjust, at the reservation date, the final price accordingly.

Conditions

Green Travel makes agreements with car rental companies, hotels, golf courses, ground transportation companies and other related tourist services to provide you with travel arrangements, and the services they supply are subject to their terms and conditions.

Once travel has been initiated, Green Travel does not assume responsibility for any refunds, losses, damage, costs or expenses resulting from the act or fault or omission by any party other than Green Travel or its employees; government action, weather, strike or any other action beyond its control.

Force Majeure

Green Travel is not responsible for and shall not be liable in respect of loss or damage or changes caused by force majeure events such as strikes, riots, fire, flood, weather problems or similar events beyond its control.
